A 2024 study published in Gilmore Health found that cannabis users had a lower prevalence of obesity and generally lower body mass index (BMI) than non-users. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39158998/

Appetite & Weight: A 2013 study in Nutrition & Diabetes found that THCV reduced food intake and increased energy metabolism in mice. https://www.nature.com/articles/nutd20139

Oh absolutely! That's exactly what I try to do before hand. I do keto or carnivore snacks when I can. I'll eat my homemade yogurt with berries. Pork rinds with lime and sea salt. Beef sticks. Popcorn ( I know not keto) with olive oil or butter. I just get really creative . I love cooking at home and I have a garden so I do my best to eat healthy while hubby and I do edibles 😋 you can use allose or Stevia. Peligrino with Stevia and mint.
